Michael Jackson

Michael
Jackson is an Investment Committee Member for the Funds.
Mr. Jackson was a Partner and Managing Director at Lehman Brothers
for over 20 years and remains an Advisory Director of the firm.
JacksonŐs career at Lehman Brothers began in 1968 and included management
of the Corporate Finance Department as well as the Private Placement,
Telecommunications and Investor-Owned Utility Groups. Mr. Jackson
is a graduate of Dartmouth College, the School for Advanced International
Studies at Johns Hopkins, and the New York University Graduate School
of Business. He is also the Chairman of the Nelson A. Rockefeller
Center for the Social Sciences at Dartmouth College. Mr. Jackson
is a General Partner of Housatonic Partners and sits on the boards
of Rapid Communications Partners, L.P., Archives Management, Inc.,
and White Flower Farm, Inc.

Trygve Myhren
|
Trygve Myhren
is an Investment Committee Member for the Funds. He is President
of Myhren Media, Inc., a private investment firm concentrating in
telecommunications, media, software and internet-related companies
which is based in Denver, and Vail, Colorado. He also serves as
non-executive Chairman of Scandinavian Channel, Inc. Mr. Myhren
has been President or Chairman and CEO of various companies such
as The Providence Journal Company and King Holdings (both diversified
media companies) and American Television and Communications Corp.
(today known as Time Warner Cable). Mr. Myhren, recipient of the
National Cable Television AssociationsŐ Vanguard Award for Leadership
in 1988, was formerly Chairman of the National Cable Television
Association and co-founded Cable Labs, The Cable Advertising Bureau
and what is now known as The Marketing Society of the Cable and
Telecommunications Industry.
Mr. Myhren currently serves on the board of Dreyfus
Founders Funds, J.D. Edwards, Inc. (JDEC), Verio, Inc. (VRIO),
Peapod, Ltd. (PPOD), Advanced Marketing Services (ADMS), GIANTC,
Formus, Inc., Cable Labs and the Cable Center. He is a trustee of
the US Ski and Snowboard Team and Foundation, The Colorado Forum,
and the University of Denver where he chairs the Finance Committee
and serves on both the Executive and Faculty/Academic Affairs committees.
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and The Amos Tuck School of
Business Administration.

Jackson Roberts

Jackson
Roberts is an Investment Committee Member for the Funds.
He is currently a Managing Director at AEA Investors, Inc. Previously,
he was Senior Managing Director-Head of Global Telecom and member
of the Board of Directors at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. In that role,
Roberts built a telecom practice from zero to over $200 million
in revenue in 5 years. He executed multiple M&A assignments for
large-cap telcos as well as serving over 60 growth companies including
Intermedia, LIN, Globalstar, Convergent, Teleglobe, ORBCOMM, MFS,
Arch, Telesystem International Wireless, US LEC, Tricom, American
Mobile Satellite, Dolphin, Skytel, COLT, Telco, HighwayMaster, MGC,
Satelindo, e.spire, Orbital Imaging, PageNet do Brazil, OnePoint,
GST, General Wireless, Covad, Telecom Asia , MetroNet and China
Telecom. Currently, he sits on the boards of Language Line and Selex.
He has been a director of several publicly traded communications
companies including Intermedia Communications Digex Incorporated
and A+ Communications.
Prior to joining Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Roberts
was a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group. Mr. Roberts was
also Vice President-Corporate Development for BellSouth Corporation
where he was responsible for all new business opportunities, venture
capital investments, and corporate combinations. Roberts founded
The Franklin Group, a firm specializing in complete development.
He began his career providing financial and operating direction
to an SBA backed venture firm, Dixie Capital Corp.

William Thorndike

William
Thorndike is an Investment Committee Member for the Funds.
He is the Managing General Partner of Housatonic Partners, a private
equity firm with $175 million in capital under management that was
founded in 1994. Mr. Thorndike has also worked at Black Mountain
Corporation, T. Rowe Price Associates and Walker Publishing. Mr.
Thorndike is a graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Graduate
School of Business. He is on the Board of Directors of the following
companies: Ancora Capital and Management, Carillon Assisted Living,
LLC, Direct Mail USA, Inc., First American Records Management, Inc.,
Rapid Communications, L.P. , Walker Publishing, Inc., Event Rentals,
Inc., Central Valley Cable T V, Athletic Club Investors, LLC, Vascutech,
Inc., Courtland Associates, and White Flower Farm, Inc. He is a
Trustee of the Groton School.

Robert Forlenza
|
Bob Forlenza is a non-voting
observer of the Investment Committee. Mr. Forlenza is currently
the Managing Partner of the Tudor Ventures Fund, a venture capital
fund established by the Tudor Investment Corporation. Tudor Ventures
focuses on investments in communications, software, information
technology services and Internet related companies. Mr. Forlenza
is also a Managing Director of Tudor Investment Corporation, an
investment management firm with over $5.0 billion of client funds
under management.
Prior to joining Tudor, Mr. Forlenza was a vice president at Carlisle
Capital, a private leveraged buyout firm, CEO of American Management
Company, a developer and marketer of system management software
and a consultant at Bain and Company, a strategy consulting firm.
M r. Forlenza currently serves on the Boards of Art Technology Group,
PRT Group, Inc. and numerous private companies. He is a graduate
of Washington and Lee University and Harvard Business School.

Gregory Mulligan
|
Greg Mulligan is a
non-voting observer of the Investment Committee. Mr. Mulligan is
a co-founder and Managing Director of Citizens Capital, Inc. Citizens
Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group,
provides mezzanine and equity investments to middle market companies.
Since its formation in 1996, Citizens Capital has invested approximately
$150 million in over 25 separate debt and equity transactions. In
addition, Citizens Capital has investments in twenty-one private
equity funds with commitments totaling over $125 million. Mr. Mulligan
is responsible for managing the fund investment activities for Citizens
Capital and all telecommunications and technology investments. Prior
to joining Citizens Capital, Mr. Mulligan was President of Bay Capital
Advisors Inc. an investment banking company providing private placement
service to media and communications companies. Mr. Mulligan spent
thirteen years at Fleet Financial group, heading the Communication
Lending Group, before he resigned in 1993 to form Bay Capital Advisors.
Mr. Mulligan is a graduate of Boston College.
